Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Usually 2–3 business days after your order is placed. You'll receive a shipping confirmation by email as soon as your package is on its way.
When is shipping free?
Shipping is free on orders over €35 within Germany.
Are there customs fees?
No. We ship from Germany, so there are no customs fees for deliveries within the EU.
Our Products
What is the difference between Robusta and Arabica?
Robusta is bolder, slightly bitter, and higher in caffeine – ideal for classic Vietnamese Phin coffee with condensed milk. Arabica is milder, more aromatic, and has a fruity-sweet flavour.
How long does the coffee last?
At least 12 months from the roast date, often longer with proper storage. Keep it cool, dry, and away from light – ideally in the sealed original bag.
What is a Phin filter and do I need one?
The Phin filter is the traditional Vietnamese brewing tool – a small metal filter that sits directly on your cup. Water slowly drips through the coffee grounds, producing a strong, aromatic brew. We highly recommend it for the authentic experience.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit card, PayPal, Klarna and SEPA direct debit – securely processed via Stripe.
Can I return my order?
Yes, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of goods. All details can be found in our Right of Withdrawal.
What does § 19 UStG mean on my invoice?
We are a small business under German tax law (§ 19 UStG), which means no VAT is charged. The price you see is your final price – no hidden mark-ups.
